ORDER

1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.265/2013 registered under Sections 498A/328/34 IPC * at PS Bawana. Status reportis on record. BAILAPPLN. 2198/2013 poge 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:8299

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file.

3. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, volunteered to pay ^4 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any). On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioners' offer to pay ^4 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (ifany), they are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on fiimishing personal bond in the sum of ^50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. They shall pay ?4 lacs to complainant within six weeks through Investigating Officer by way of Demand Draft.
