JUDGMENT
1. The suit is listed for awaiting service of summons on the defendant.
2. As per the office report, the defendant stands served through ordinary process on 20.4.2016. However, none is present on their behalf.
3. Counsel for the plaintiff states that after the defendant was served with the summons, they had approached the plaintiff for a settlement and a settlement has been negotiated between the parties. She states that in view of the above, she has instructions that the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the present suit any further.
