Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to reconstruct his old and dilapidated house and also to maintain family and social ties. Address ofthe petitioner has been verified. It is not in dispute that petitioner has been granted furlough on earlier occasions and has not misused this concession extended to him.
Keeping in mind the totality offacts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period ofone month from the date of his release,subjectto hisfurnishing a personal bond in the sum of^10,000/-
2016:DHC:9131 ilf (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. On completion of parole period, petitionershall surrender beforethe SuperintendentJail.
