Petitioner has challenged the order dated U' August, 2016 passed by the Govt. ofNOT ofDelhi whereby his request for grant ofparole has been rejected, inter alia, on the ground that jail conduct of the petitioner was unsatisfactory as he was awarded punishment on 3'"'^ March, 2016. Aperusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner has been awarded punishment twice.
First punishment was given to him on 3'^^ March, 2016; whereas second punishment was given on 29^^ March, 2016. Para 11.2 of the
Parole/Furlough Guidelines, 2010 envisages that the conduct in prison must
