Two status reports have been filed. As per the status report investigations have been carried out.
On the last date ofhearing an adjournment was sought on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available. Even today an adjournment is sought on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available. It is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
Petition isdismissed for non-prosecution.
