No.2092/G-4/Genl./DHC the matter is being taken up today.
By the present petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR NO. 567/2014 under Sections 307/34 IPG and 25/27 Arms Act registered at PS
Jahangir Puri on the ground thatthe petitioner has settled the matter withthe respondent No.2 who is the brother-in-law and the complainant and respondent No.3 who is the aunt ofhis wife and the injured victim.
The allegations in the FIR against the petitioner are of firing gunshots.
The respondent No.3 sustained gunshot injuries on her thigN As many as 13 yjaire- J fired cases, 6 lead (bullet) and one live cartridge was recovered from the scene of crime.

FIR cannot be quashed in view ofthe decision ofthe Supreme Court in Gian

Petition is dismissed.
