Mr.Amber Joshi, Director of the respondent company who,is personally presentin Cour^assures and undertakes to this Courtthat the supplementary deed of settlement shall be complied with. The statement and assurance given by Mr.Amber Joshi are accepted by this Courtand the respondents are held bound bythe same.
