Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation
Centre. Parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 27.05.2016.
As per the settlement, the parties are to withdraw the matters including the present petitions i.e. CM(M) 239/2015 & 251/2015. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.
As requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
