1. This application seeks recording of the appearance of Mr. Satya Ranjan Swain, as the Counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondents on 27 June 2025, when the present writ petition was listed before the Vacation Bench of this Court.

2. We see from the order that someone had appeared on that date, but the order does not record the name of the Counsel and states that appearance was not given.

3. In that view of the matter, accepting Mr. Swain’s submission, it is noted that Mr. Swain, learned Senior Panel Counsel had appeared W.P.(C) 8537/2025 Page 2 on behalf of the respondents on 27 June 2025.

4. Accordingly, the memo-of-parties in the order dated 27 June 2025 shall read thus: “$~DB-5 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI Date of decision: 27th June, 2025 + W.P.(C) 8537/2025 DILAWAR SINGH JC845825Y.....Petitioner Through: Mr. U.S. Maurya, Adv.

VERSUS

5. The rest of the order shall remain unchanged.

6. This order shall be treated as a corrigendum to the order dated 27 June 2025.
