ORDER

1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.166/2016 registered under Sections 354/323/506 IPG atPS Palam Village. Status report not filed.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have BAILAPPLN.1190/2016& connected matter Page[1] of[2] 2016:DHC:8685 examined the file. By an order dated 02.06.2016,the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Learned APP, on instructions, states that the petitioners havejoined the investigation since then.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event ofarrest,they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of^ 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however,join the investigation as and when required.
