14.09.2016 Since 13^*^ September,2016 was declared a holiday vide notification
No.2092/G-4/Genl./DHC the matter is being taken up today.
By the present petition the petitioner seeks regular bail in case Fir
No.600/2014 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120-B IPG registered at
PS Begum Pur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 19 September, 2014 and is no more required for investigation. Out of the 5 accused named in the FIR only three were charge-sheeted and the other two accused charge-sheeted have already been granted bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19 September,2014,charge-sheet has already been filed,the Trial Courtis yet to frame the charges thus the trial is likely to take some time and the co- accused have already been granted bail, I deem it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on bail oxi his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of^50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount subjectto the satisfaction ofthe learned Trial Court,further subject to the condition that he will not leave the country without the prior permission ofthe Courtconcerned.
Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
