1, police station Naraina on the complaint ofMr.Ramesh Garg. In nutshell, respondent no.2 has alleged that petitioner proclaimed iimself to be
1' 1' proprietor ofM/s Satyam Enterprises, M/s Satyam Steel Tracers, M/s A.S.
Auto Industries, M/s Krishna Steel, M/s Repco Industries and M/s Ganpati

Enterprises. Petitioner procured material, that is, steel bars from time to
I li time from the complainant to the tune of^8 crores. He handed over 85
| : cheques on different occasions to the complainant towards cost of the i material. However,allthe cheques were returned dishonoured. Some ofthe
2016:DHC:8348 cheques were returned with the remarks the same do not,belong to petitioner's firm'.
It is not in dispute that investigation is over and petitioner is in
I custody for the past 11 months. Charge-sheet has been filed and trial is underway. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of?1 lac with one suretyinthelike amounttothe satisfaction ofthe trialcourt.
Applicationis disposed ofinthe aboveterms.
