It is not in dispute that investigation is over and petitioner is in
I custody for the past 11 months. Charge-sheet has been filed and trial is underway. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of?1 lac with one suretyinthelike amounttothe satisfaction ofthe trialcourt.
