Present application is filed for giving early date of hearing by inter alia stating that the next date of hearing before the Hon'ble
Court is 05.04.2016.
It is observed that the petitioner earlier filed lA No.2612/2016 in which apart from the furnishing fresh address of respondent, the petitioner also intended to serve the director of the defendant company in their personal capacity and since none was present on the last date of hearing, matter was fixed 01.04.2016 seeking clarification.
Counsel for the petitioner today submits that he be given liberty to withdraw this application i.e. 3362/2016 and also 2612/2016 with liberty to file afresh application after removing the technical defect which he would be filing within two days.
Present application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn and simultaneously 2016/16 is allowed to be withdrawn.
Let petitioner comply the order dated 15.02.2016 in strict sense.
