14.09.2016 2016:DHC:8320 i Petitioners are husband and mother-in-law of the complainant.
Complainant has alleged in the complaint that after the marriage, she was not treated properly in the matrimonial home. She was taunted for bringing insufficient dowry. While she was pregnant, petitioners did not take her care and provide food. Petitioners also taunted that she was not beautiful.
Petitioners asked herto spend her salary for running the household. On 17^
January, 2014 she told her husband about the maltreatment from mother-in- law on which he slapped her. Apremature child was bom on 11"^ Febmary,

2014. However,petitioners did not spend any money on delivery. A pemsal ofthe order dated 30^"^ July, 2015 indicates that petitioners offered to deposit ?1,00,000/- with the Investigating Officer, without prejudice to their rights and contentions. Accordingly, it was ordered that on deposit of this amount vide a demand draft, same be released to complainant. Leamed APP submits that amount was deposited by the petitioner and in fact, has been released to complainant. Investigations are over and charge-sheet has been filed. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject to their fumishing a personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/-(Rupees Twenty > V Five Thousand Only) each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail applications are disposed of in the aboveterms. Dasti.
