Faced v^ith the generic, vague and floating allegations against the petitioners in the complaint filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. 2005 by the respondent, learned counsel for the respondent statesthalthe complaint may be quashed quathe petitioners observing^that it shall cpntinue against the husband of the respondent. '
