ORDER o/o 15.09.2016 By the present petitions the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case
FIR No.336/2013 under Sections 420/120-B IPG registered at PS Keshav
Puram pursuant to directions:under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in complaint case bearing CC No. 477/1 filed by the complainant.
The allegations in the above-noted FIR by the complainant are that he runs a private limited company and that the, company of the accused' purchased chemicals from the complainant company on credit basis from time to time and the goods/mateirial were duly supplied by the complainant
. company. Tt is alleged that as per the accounts maintained by the complainant company,a sum of^94,43,556/- was due and payable by the accused persons for which they issued 12 cheques in discharge ofthe partial liability, however the said cheques were dishonoured by the banks with the remarks'payment stopped by drawer'.
It is an admitted case that complaints under Section 138 of the
Negotiable Instruments Act had been filed earlier pursuant to registration of
FIR. The petitionershave alreadyjoined the investigation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail,to the petitioners. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the^ petitioners be released on bail on their fumishing a personal bond in the sum of ^25,000/- each with one surety each of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that they will join the investigation as and when directed and will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned.
