23.09.2015 the order dated 11.09.2015 of SDM has already been implemented and possession of the land has been taken over and handed over for purpose of afforestation.
In view ofthe above averment the present petitions seeking stay ofthe order dated 11.09.2015 of the SDM are infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently the Deputy
Commissioner concerned is holding Court. Earlier the matter could not be heard on account oftransfers ofthe earlier officers in que^i^. The Deputy
Commissioner concerned is requested to expeditiously i^t deal with the appeal of the petitioner and accompanying applications and dispose of the same within four months from today.
In view of the above, present petitions stand disposed of All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of
