I. With consent of learned counsel for the parties we dispose of the application directing that the two appeals which were revived before leamed DRAT shall be decided after teamed DRT decides the limited issue on remand as per the order disposing of WP(C) No.2262/2016: whether Nand Kumar Tanq~ja and late Mohini Somnath resigned as partners of the firm 1\1/s.Mercantile Construction Company under intimation to the bank. If ycs to what effect?
2. Learned DRT shall decide said aspect of the matter, which it is obliged to so do in terms of the order dated March 17, 2016 passed in J,VP(Q 28112016 page I of 2 2016:DHC:9270-DB WP(C) No.2262/2016, within two months from the date of receipt of the present order.
3. No costs.
