Since by the two petitions the petitioners are seeking quashing of respective FIRs against them on merits, learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petitions in terms ofthe settlement with liberty to file fresh petitions on the basis ofcompromise arrived at between the parties.
Leave and liberty granted.
Petitions and application are dismissed as withdrawn.
