2016. ^3,00,000/- has been paid by the petitioners to complainant vide demand draft. Photocopy whereofhas been placed on record. Parties shall remain bound bythe terms ofsettlement. In view ofthe settlement arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction ofArresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
