29.09.2016 2016:DHC:8439-DB We are informed by the learned counsel for the respondents thatthe petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0271 dated 27.07.2016 registered at Police Station Rani Bagh has already been filed. In that view ofthe matter, since the said quashing petition pertains to the FIR, the same would obviously be decided independently in accordance with law. Those are criminal proceedings and we are not making any commentsthereon.
The other requirement for production ofDirectors before the learned single
Judge on the next date ofhearing is also complained ofin the appeal(FAO(OS)
266/2016). We see no reason to interfere with the same. However, the appellant would be at liberty to seek exemption for some of the Directors by moving an appropriate application before the learned single Judge who would take a call on the matter.
The appeals are disposed ofaccordingly.
