Crl. M.C.No.3680/2016.
Petitioners and private respondents in both the petitions belong to one family and are living in the same locality. A quarrel ensued between them, wherein both the parties sustained simple injuries. Allegations of molestation were also levelled by both the parties against each other. After the investigation, charge-sheets were filed and trial in both the cases are in progress. During the trial, parties were referred to Mediation Centre, wherein they have settled their disputes amicably on the terms and conditions recorded in the proceedings of the Mediation Centre on

Keeping in mind that disputes arose between the members of same family and they have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre,no fruitful purpose would be served to keep them entangled in criminal cases.
