30.09.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of representation dated 20.09.2016, the unauthorized construction is being permitting at 2708, Gali Badliyan, Choti Dharamshala, Choriwalan.
Learned counsel for respondent No.l on advance notice has put in appearance. He points out that this representation has been filed just a week back on 20.09.2016 and the petitioner without any actual cause has rush to the Court. He points out that the details of the property have not been furnished; no site plan has also given in the complainteitherthe Competent Authority or before this Court.
2016:DHC:8653 This petition is dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents with better particulars along with a fresh complaint.
