ORDER

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. By an order dated 29.10.2015, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. Both the parties were acquainted with each other. Both of them have lodged complaints against each other. Allegedly, ^93 lacs were given by the complainant to the petitioners for transferring money by way of RTGS in the accounts of their clients. The petitioners have denied receipt of any such amount of ?93 lacs from the complainant. It is also not clear as to how much amount was given to each of the petitioners and in whose specific accounts, the said amount was to be transferred by way of RTGS, and if so, by whom.

3. Learned APP states that investigation is almost complete and charge-sheet is expected to file within four weeks.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of^ 50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. They shall not leave the country without prior permission ofthe Trial Court.

5. The bail applications stand disposed of.
