ORDER

1. Issue notice.

2. Learned APP accepts notice on behalfofthe State. 3:. The allegations by the complainant Ranjit Kaur in the FIR against the two petitioners,that is, Jatinder Kaur and Harsharan Kaur besides Harpreet Singh Chhabra were that they in collusidn with Manjeet Singh who died in the year 2009,got executed a relinquishment deed dated 10 August,2005 and got itregistered. ^ '

It is the case ofthe complainant that she never signed or executed the said relinquishment deed,and the same was done by Manjeet Singh and his^ son Haipreet Singh Chhabra. 5^, Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken me through the civil suit filed by the complainant before the learned District Judge, Saket wherein though she stated that she never signed any document however,also stated that she has once signed a paper given by her brother Manjeet. Singh representing that the said paper was relating to opening an account for post, n n n > n '" office. She has stated that she has.never put her thumb impression in a, conscious state on any document making release ofthe property in favour of Manjeet Singh. - ^

6. As noted above-the niaih allegations are against Manjeet Singh and. his son Harpreet Singh Chhabra.The jpetitioners are the wife and daughter of Manjeet Singh. '

Considering the facts as noted above and that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioners,.[1] deem it fitto grantanticipatoiy bail to the BAIL APPLN.2063/2016and2064/2016 Page2of[3] petitioners.It is,therefore,directed that in the event ofarrest the petitioners be released on bail on their ftimishing a personal bond in,the sum of ?25,000/- each with one surety of the,like amount each subject to the satisfaction ofthe Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject,to the condition thatthe petitioners willjoin the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without permission ofthe learned Trial Court.
