06.10.2016 A Today the file ofCont.Cas(C)425/2016 has notbeen received. Registry is directed to trace outthe file forthwith.
However,both the counsel state that as the facts in both the contempt petitionsarecommon,theycan bedisposed ofby acommonorder.
Today in Court,Mr.Rajiv Bansal,learned counselforDDA has handed over copies of the office orders dated 04^^ October, 2016 whereby the petitioner'srepresentations have been decided.
In view ofthe aforesaid orders,learned counselfor petitioners wishes to withdraw the present contempt petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions challengingthe orderdated04^^October,2016.
With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petitions and pending applications stand disposed of.
However,it is clarified thatthis Courthas not expressed any opinion on the merits ofthe controversy. Rights and contentions ofall the parties are left open.
As soon as the file ofCont.Cas(C)425/2016 is traced out,a copy ofthe order shall be placed in the said file.
