HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK 19.10.2016 Complainant/accused in both the cases are related to each other. Ms. Rajwati is mother in law and Mr. Naresh Sharma is brother in law of Ms. 2016:DHC:9143
Kajal. On the complaint of Ms. Kajal, FIR No.559/2015 under Section
3 07/34 IPC has been registered against Ms. Rajwati and Mr. Naresh Sharma at police station Harsh Vihar. On the complaint of Ms. Rajwati, FIR
No.459/2015 under Sections 308/506 IPC has been registered against Ms. Kajal at police station Harsh Vihar. Now they have settled their disputes amicably, in order to maintain harmonious relations in future. They were living in the same house and are still living in the same house. Ms. Kajal and
Ms. Rajwati submit that they are not willing tc pursue their respective FIRs, any further.
Keeping in mind the fact that disputes had arisen between the members of same family on some trivial issues, resulting in registration of the above
FIRs and they have settled their disputes in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, it would be in the welfare and harmony of the family that criminal proceedings are closed. Accordingly, both the above noted FIRs are quashed.
Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
