JUDGMENT
1. Mr. Taneja, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner states that the briefing counsel has obtained instructions from the petitioner to the effect that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to seek its remedies against the respondents as per law, before the appropriate forum vested with territorial jurisdiction to entertain the same.
