JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have arrived at a settlement whereunder, a fresh lease deed has been executed by the respondents in favour of the appellant in respect of the subject premises for a period of three years and the rent has been fixed @ Rs.12,000/- per month. Sh. B.L.Walia, the representative of the respondents confirms the aforesaid fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

2. Accordingly, at the request of counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications in view of the settlement stated to have been arrived at between the parties. HIMA KOHLI, J OCTOBER 24, 2016/sv/ap
