1. With the consent of the parties, OMP No. 23 of 2015 is also taken on Board.
2. A Settlement Agreement (SA) dated 12th February, 2016 has been has been entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre ('DHCMCC'). It has been signed by the parties. The terms of the SA have been set out therein. The SA is taken on record. The parties are bound by the said SA.
3. In terms of the said SA, the Respondent today has handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner in the Court today a cheque bearing No. 016692 dated 25th October, 2016 for a sum ofRs. 4,57,000 in favour of Mr. Shakti Pershad. He has also handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner a letter of allotment dated 5th February, 2016. Arb P.299, 310, 21 & 2312015 Page 2 of[3] 11"
4. With the above, all the obligations of the Respondent under the SA have been~~lfilled.
