JUDGMENT

1. The only prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the DG, ITBP to decide the petitioner’s representation, preferred as far back as on 26 December 2024.

2. Issue notice.

3. Notice is accepted on behalf of the respondents by Ms. Shagun Shahi Chugh.

4. Rule, returnable forthwith. W.P.(C) 8851/2025

In view of the limited prayer sought, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner’s representation dated 26 December 2024 within a period of two weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner forthwith.
