I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the • counsel for the compiainant and have examined;the file..By an order dated 01.04.2016, the petitioners (Sarita @ Sarita Khokhar and Dhanpati @ Dhanpati Khplchar) and vide order dated 22.04.2016, the petitioner, Satender @ Satender Khokhar, were granted interim'protection and'were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. Injuries sustained by victim are 'simple' in nature. It is infomied that on the date of incident the complainant who, is.closely related to the petitioners, did not lodge any report. She. declined to get herselfmedically examined. There is delay In lodging.the FIR on 23.03.2016. In the initial written-complaint dated 22.03.2,016, the petitioner did not level any allegations of outraging her. modesty., ' •.. -: -,

Considering the facts and circumstances ofthe case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and inthe.event of arrest, they be released'on furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 40',000/- with- one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe SHO/Investigatihg officer.
