Rao on the complaint ofone Ms. Sonia Vaid. Disputes arose between the complainant and Surender Kumar Jain with regard to the shops bearing nos.
3761/3761-A/3762, Main Road, Pahari Dheeraj, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that four civil suits were also filed by Surender
Kumar Jain, wherein complainant was one of the parties. Vide MOU dated
17^ June, 2016 matter has been compromised. It is further submitted that possession of one shop bearing no. 3761, MainRoad, Pahari Dheeraj, Delhi has been handed over by Surender Kumar Jain to the complainantMs. Sonia
Vaid. In the status report also, it is mentioned that petitioners and complainant Ms. Sonia Vaid have executed the MOU and the possession of
J the shops in question has been handed over to Ms. Sonia Vaid. It is further, submitted that civil suits have already been withdrawn by the petitioner

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory^ bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^20,000/-(Rupees Twenty
