ORDER

1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.228/2016 under Sections 341/354B/326B/109/34 IPG registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar. Status report is on record.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 27.07.2016,the petitioners were BAIL APPLN. 1500/2016 n Page 1 of[2] 2016:DHC:8740 granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly,the petitioners have sincejoined the investigation.

3. It is informed that the bail applications filed by other two accused persons i.e.Rajesh and Sushil were withdrawn by them. Status report reveals that both ofthem subsequently suiTcndeied and were arrested.It is informed thatthey have since been admitted to bail by the court below.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances ofthe case and the role assigned to them,the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the eventoftheir arrest,they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^40,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe-SHO/lnvestigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
