ORDER

1. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.107/2016 under Section 377/385/498A/406/34 IPG registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar. Status report is on record.

2. 1 have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant's counsel and have examinedthe file. Vide orders dated 17.06.2016 and 18.07.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then.

3. During the course of arguments, petitioners' counsel, on instructions, volunteered to pay ^2,00,000/- to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment(if any). On this, the complainant has no objection to the grant ofbail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioners' offer to pay?2,00,000/- to the complainant,the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event oftheir aiTest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ?40,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/lnvestigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required. ^2,00,000/- shall be paid BailAppl.Nos.1286/16& 1398/16 Page2of[3] V to the complainant by way of demand draft in her name through Investigating Officer within two weeks. This payment shall be without prejudice and subjectto future adjustment(ifany). In case of non-compliance, the complainant will be at liberty to approach this Court.

5. The bail applications stand disposed ofaccordingly.
