In the ajboveHnbted FIR Complainant alleged that when she was present in her house along with her husband Mukesh!^d her daughter,the petitioner who is the cousin brother of her husband Iqiocked the door at ;
10,20 PM. Petitioner was accompanied by 3-4 Other persons who were
: canying danda sticks,and iron road. > The petitioner pushed aside -the complainantand attacked her husband Mukesh with iroiirod andgave blow;s on his head. He also misbehaved,with the complainant and inappropriately ' touched her and abused her. Mukesh >vas rushed to the hospital and as per the MLC he received grievous injuries; ' i
Bethatas it may the petitioner has been in custody for more than two ; months. Charge-sheet has already been filed. The co-aCcused Deepak has , been granted bail whereas Prince has been granted anticipatory bail. The ,, ^trial is likely to take some time for the reason two accused are yet to be arrested. Recoveries,have already been made fronithe petitioner.
Consequently,the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond iri the sum of?25i0G0/-:with one surety ofthe , ,iike amount subject to the satisfaction of the leartied Trial Court fluther •
