16.11.2016 The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that Judgment
Debtors have regularised the accounts and, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw, these petitions with liberty to file afresh in the event the
Judgement Debtors default in their obligations.

The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtors states that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, a fresh execution petition will not be maintainable. This aspect would be considered as and when the
Decree Holder files a fresh petition to enforce the award.
The petitions and all the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
