1. Mr. Chhabra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that for the present, the petitioners would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide the petitioners’ statutory appeal dated 10 March 2025 preferred against their dismissal from service.

2. Issue notice, returnable forthwith.

3. Ms. Shivalakshmi, CGSC, who is present in Court, at request of the Court, graciously agreed to accept notice.

4. Ms. Shivalakshmi is agreeable to disposal of the writ petition W.P.(C) 9078/2025 with a direction, as prayed by Mr. Chhabra.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the petitioners’ appeal dated 10 March 2025, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision as and when taken, would be communicated forthwith to the petitioners.

6. In case the decision is adverse to the petitioners, their right to challenge the decision in accordance with law, shall stand reserved.

7. The petition is disposed of.
