(a) FIR No. 569/2015 under Sections 323/325/354/354-B/34 IPG registered at P.S. Naraina on the complaint ofrespondent no.2 Shri Vishva
Nath Choudhary son of Shri M.R.Choudhary in Crl.M.C.No.4147/2016.
(b) FIR No. 570/2015 under Sections 323/354/509/34 IPG registered at
P.S. Naraina on the complaint ofrespondent no.2 Ms. Seema Devi wife of
ShriJagatLai in Grl. M.G.No.4161/2016.
Petitioners and private respondents are living in the same building. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter, resulting in registration ofthe aforesaid FIRs. Being neighbour,petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes amicably. Petitioners and private respondents are presentin Gourtand submitthatthey have settled the matter oftheir own free will and without any pressure,coercion or undue influence.
Private respondents, that is, Ms. Seema Devi and Shri Vishwa Nath
Ghoudhary submit that they do not wish to pursue the aforesaid FIRs any further and the same be quashed.
Keeping in mind the factthat a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial matter,wherein both the parties sustained injuries and now,they have settled their disputes amicably,inasmuch asthey do not wish to pursue their
> respective FIRs any further,in my view,no fruitful purpose would be served to keep them entangled in the criminal proceedings." Accordingly, in the interest ofjustice, both the FIRs,that is, FIR No. 569/2015 under Sections
323/325/354/354-B/34 IPG and FIR No. 570/2015 under Sections
323/354/509/34 IPG, both registered at P.S. Naraina and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms. Dasti.
