Heena Azmi is present in Court along with her husband. She submits that she had left her parental home out of her own free will. She further submits thatshe has married Kapil on 27.09.2016.
The petitioner, who is the mother,is also present in Court. She has met her daughter. She has reconciled to the marriage ofher daughter with
2016:DHC:9147-DB r i t n Kapil alias Kamil. She does not wish to press this petition any further.
Kapil/Kamil is present in Court along with his father. His father submits that he has no objection to the marriage and he would support the married couple.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
