29.11.2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that since the names of the appellants herein do not find mention in the list of 628 unauthorised squatters for allotment of space on lottery basis, which was prepared by New Delhi Municipal Corporation in the year
2011-2012 pursuant to the direction passed by the Supreme Court of
India vide order dated 01.05.2012, she has instructions not to press the present appeals, however, she prays that the Town Vending
Committee of NDMC be directed to consider the representations of the appellants herein with a reasonable time.
Learned counsel for the NDMC has no objection to the same.
Counsel, on instructions, also submits that the representations ofthe appellants shall be considered by the Town Vending Committee within eight weeks from today.
Accordingly, present appeals stand dismissed as not pressed in view of above.
