ORDER

1. By these two petitions, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal ofthe two complaint cases being CC Nos. 1031/1/15 and 986/1/16 pending inthe Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 2016:DHC:9064

2. A perusal of the record reveals that in Crl.M.C. 3466/2016 relating to the complaint case No.l031./1/15 the matter was listed for framing of notice on 6^ August, 2016 when an application for substitution of the authorised representative of the petitioner was moved which was allowed and the matter is now listed for further proceedings i.e. examination of the complainant on 28^ January, 2017. In Crl.M.C. 3467/2016 relating to complaint case No.986/1/16 on 31®^ May, 2016 notice was framed and ' th matter was listed for the evidence of the complainant on 6 August, 2016 when an application for substitution of authorised representative of the petitioner was filed which was allowed and evidence byway of affidavit on behalf of the complainant was filed. The matter is listed for further proceedings on 28 January, 2017.

3. Considering the pendency before it and availability of dates the learned Trial Court will make its best endeavour to decide the complaints as early as possible.

4. Petitions are disposed of.
