JUDGMENT
1. After addressing arguments for some time on the maintainability of the present petition as raised by this court, Mr.Chakarvati, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners states on instructions from the briefing counsel that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, while reserving the right of his clients to approach the DRT/DRAT, for appropriate orders.
2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petitioners are at liberty to seek their remedies before the DRT/DRAT, as may be available to them in law.
