09.12.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the appellant does not pressFAO(OS) 110/2016 and it is dismissed as such.
Insofar as the question of leading evidence through video conferencing is concerned, which is essentially the subject matter of FAO(OS) 298/2016, it is agreed that the evidence'of PWl (Mr Sanjay Kriplani), who is in San Francisco, USA would be recorded through video conferencing on 23.01.2017, 24.01.2017 and 25.01.2017. The same shall be conducted in terms ofthe Video Conferencing
Guidelines issued by this Court. No adjournments would be requested by either party insofar as the recording of evidence of PWl is concerned. For tying up the
2016:DHC:8441-DB modalities for the video conferencing, the matter be placed before the Joint
