2016:DHC:8749 and the rest of the jewellery which was not sold would be returned after opening bfthe new showroom. Despite repeated requestofthe complainant neither the money was returned back nor thejewellery. The allegation are thus ofmisappropriation bfjewellery worth ^1.5 crores.
Considering the allegations against the petitioner I do riot find it to be afitcase for^antofanticipatbry bail. Petition is dismissed.
