Learned counsel for the CBI submits that the petition seeking setting aside ofthe order dated 29* April,2016 passed by the CMM granting bailto the respondent in RC No.221-2015-E 0017 under Section 14 of the
Foreigners Act has become infructuous for the reason the respondent has been convicted. Consequently,learned counsel forthe petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
