(b)FIR No.356/2016 under Sections 323/341/506 IPG registered atpolice station Farzh Bazaron the complaintof
Mr.Sachin.
Complainantand accused are the advocates.Complainantand accused in both the aforesaid FIRs have settled their disputes amicably.
Complainants in both the FIRs are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsels. They submit that they have settled the matter oftheir o\vn free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion.
They further submit that they are not willing to pursue their respective FIRs anyfurther in view ofthe settlement.
Keeping in mind that a quarrel ensued between complainant and accused on some trivial matter and that they have now settled the disputes amicably,in the interest ofjustice, both the above referred FIRs,which are atthe investigation stage,are quashed.
Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous.
