JUDGMENT

1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for issuing directions to the respondent No.1/Exim Bank to restrain it from disbursing any further amount to the respondent No.4, an entity situated in Lusaka, Zambia in respect of a project that was being executed by the petitioner in Zambia.

2. After addressing arguments at some length on the maintainability of the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to seek its remedies against the respondents No.1 and 4, as may be available to it in accordance with law.
