JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the appellant/EDMC states that the costs of Rs.1,500/have been paid to the respondent, which fact is duly confirmed by learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has paid the entire decretal amount to the respondent in the month of November, 2016 and as a result, the impugned judgment and decree stand satisfied.

3. Counsel for the respondent had sought a pass over to enable him to obtain clear instructions from his clients about the receipt of payment but on pass over, he submits that he has not been able to get in touch with him.
