In view ofthe aforesaid,the petition is allowed. It is directed that in ease of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon their furnishing personal bonds with one surety each in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction ofthe arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition thatthey shalljoin the further investigation as and when called for.
They shall not contact any ofthe prosecution witnesses or tamper with any evidence in the case.
